Job summary

Aerotek is hiring an Electromechanical Manufacturing Technician for the Denver area on a contract-to-hire basis. The role focuses on precision assembly and testing of electro‑mechanical devices, with opportunities to grow within a stable manufacturing environment.

The successful candidate will perform soldering, inspection under a microscope, and use electrical test equipment, while collaborating with engineering and production teams to troubleshoot and improve processes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of assembly, repair, troubleshooting, manufacturing, or technical experience preferred.
• Experience with soldering and working on electrical or electronic assemblies.
• Ability to read and follow technical documentation.
• Familiarity with hand tools and electronic test equipment.
• Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity.
• Computer proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Perform precision assembly of electro‑mechanical components using hand tools and electronic test equipment.
• Work under a microscope to assemble and inspect small, detailed components.
• Complete soldering, cabling, wiring, and component installation tasks.
• Troubleshoot assembly and process issues alongside engineering and production teams.
• Use tools such as multimeters, oscilloscopes, calipers, and other testing equipment.
• Follow detailed work instructions and quality standards.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to increase productivity and throughput.
• Train and assist team members as needed.
