Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with 1+ years of related experience.
• Experience assembling/disassembling mechanical or electromechanical equipment.
• Proficiency using hand tools and calibrated precision tools.
• Ability to read engineering drawings and schematics.
• Knowledge of electronics and electromechanical assemblies.
• Experience troubleshooting mechanical or electromechanical systems.
• Understanding of FOD/ESD and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Assemble, disassemble, inspect, and repair mechanical and electromechanical assemblies using hand tools and calibrated precision tools.
• Perform repairs and rework by following engineering drawings, technical manuals, work instructions, and specifications.
• Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, schematics, specifications, and engineering change documentation.
• Troubleshoot mechanical and electromechanical assemblies to identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
• Perform functional testing and inspections to verify product quality and compliance with engineering requirements.
• Maintain compliance with FOD, ESD, calibration, material handling, and safety procedures.
• Document work activities and results using Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Support material planning and inventory using MRP concepts and systems.
• Accurately document inspection results, repair activities, and production records.
