Job summary

Ensign-Bickford Aerospace & Defense Company in Moorpark, CA seeks an experienced Electro-Mechanical Assembler to join a precision manufacturing team. You will work in a fast-paced cell, assembling complex sub-assemblies and finished products using hand and automated tools, while maintaining strict documentation and quality controls.

You must have 5+ years of electro-mechanical assembly experience, be able to work under a microscope, and read measuring tools.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years manufacturing hands-on electro-mechanical assembly.
• Experience with small, detailed assemblies.
• Ability to use a microscope for inspection.
• Ability to use hand tools and read measuring tools.
• Experience with mechanical/electrical testing.
• Soldering certified per J-STD/NASA is a plus.
• Experience in cleanroom environments (Class 100,000/10,000) a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Assemble electro-mechanical components as part of a cell team.
• Follow all policies, procedures, and quality management requirements.
• Use tools and microscopes to assemble and inspect.
• Fill out production records and log material traceability.
• Maintain cleanroom and safety practices.
• Communicate effectively with supervision and team members.
