Job summary

ABB is seeking an Production Assembler in New Berlin, WI for an onsite role reporting to the Sr. Production Supervisor. The role focuses on building high-quality products at the lowest possible cost while meeting customer specs and delivery requirements.

You will assemble per instructions, use a range of hand and power tools, and maintain all required paperwork. Candidates should have a high school diploma or equivalent and at least 6 months of electromechanical assembly experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 6 months of electromechanical assembly or related experience is required.
• Requires use of ESD equipment and PPE (ESD shoes, safety glasses, hearing protection) according to work performed.
• Ability to operate a wide variety of small hand and power tools.

Responsibilities

• Assemble products according to work instructions, ensuring proper parts, components, revisions, and documentation.
• Safely use small hand and power tools.
• Maintain required paperwork, records, and rejection tickets.
• Follow safety and housekeeping rules and regulations.
