Qualifications

3+ years in electronics/electro-mechanical manufacturing.
Recent soldering experience; IPC-A-610 certification preferred.
Able to read mechanical drawings and schematics.
Experience using test equipment and a microscope.
Strong manual dexterity with attention to detail.
Leadership experience encouraged for future team lead roles.

Responsibilities

Perform precision electro-mechanical assembly of cables, subassemblies, and finished products using microscopes and specialized tools.
Assemble, align, inspect, test, and verify products per procedures and work instructions.
Maintain accurate production records and documentation.
Conduct routine maintenance and basic troubleshooting of production equipment.
Collaborate with engineering teams to support new product introductions and resolve challenges.
Assist with continuous improvement, technical documentation updates, root cause analysis, and product rework.
