Job summary

Adecco is seeking an Electro-Mechanical Technician for 1st shift (7:00am-3:30pm, Monday-Thursday, flexible). Pay ranges from $20-$30 per hour based on experience. The role focuses on mechanical assembly, testing, and troubleshooting of ultra-precision machines, with limited electrical work.

Tools are employee-supplied; travel between New Hampshire and North Carolina facilities may be required. High school diploma and 2–5 years in a related field are expected.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• General machine tool assembly or operation experience.
• 2–5 years in related industry.
• Experience reading and interpreting blueprints and technical drawings.
• Willingness to travel between NH and NC facilities.

Responsibilities

• Perform assembly, testing, and debugging of complex precision assemblies.
• Follow established specifications and instructions for product assembly.
• Read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, and engineering drawings.
• Identify defects and document results.
• Collaborate with departments to ensure on-time delivery.
• Maintain clean, organized work area and adhere to safety regulations.
• Occasionally travel between NH and NC facilities.
