The ideal candidate has experience working with hand tools, and strong attention to detail. This role involves reading electrical prints, wiring diagrams, and assembly drawings to ensure accurate panel construction, plus layout, mounting, wiring, labeling, and final assembly tasks.

Qualifications

• Must be able to follow detailed instructions and technical drawings.
• Experience using hand tools in a manufacturing or electrical environment preferred.

• Willingness to learn electrical panel assembly techniques.

Responsibilities

• Assemble custom electrical control panels and related components based on schematics, blueprints, and written procedures.
• Read and interpret electrical prints, wiring diagrams, and assembly drawings to ensure accurate panel construction.
• Perform panel layout, component mounting, wire routing, labeling, and final assembly activities.
• Utilize hand and power tools safely and effectively to complete assembly tasks.
• Inspect completed work to ensure quality and compliance with specifications.
• Troubleshoot and correct assembly issues as needed.
• Maintain an organized, safe work area and follow safety procedures.
• Assist with inventory organization and material preparation for upcoming projects.
• Communicate project status, material needs, and potential issues to supervisors.
• Support continuous improvement efforts to enhance assembly efficiency and quality.
• Work collaboratively with team members to meet production schedules and customer deadlines.
