You'll physically assemble, wire, and mount components in industrial control panels based on schematics and blueprints, ensuring clean, organized builds that meet UL 508A/ NEC standards. The ideal candidate has 1–3 years of electrical assembly experience, strong mechanical aptitude, and careful attention to labeling, routing, and safety.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of electrical assembly or panel building experience preferred.
• Ability to read electrical schematics and ladder logic diagrams.

Responsibilities

• Mechanical Assembly: Mount components onto backpanels and enclosures.
• Technical Interpretation: Read blue prints, BOMs, and layouts for accuracy.
• Quality Control: Self-inspect for secure, labeled connections meeting standards.
• Tool Operation: Use drills, wire strippers, crimpers, torque wrenches, punches.
• Basic Wiring: Route, strip, crimp, and terminate wires per diagrams.
• Safety: Maintain clean, safe work area and follow PPE protocols.
