Job summary

Lingo Staffing in Valley View, OH is hiring an Electrical & Mechanical Assembler to join a fast-paced manufacturing team. You will assemble mechanical and electrical components using hand and power tools, read blueprints, schematics, BOMs, and work orders, and ensure assemblies meet quality and safety standards.

The role offers 1st shift: 5:30AM-2:30PM and 2nd shift: 2:00PM-12:30AM with a pay rate of $20.50 per hour plus shift differential.

Qualifications

• Previous manufacturing or assembly experience preferred.
• Ability to read blueprints, drawings, and electrical schematics.
• Read and follow manufacturing instructions and work orders.
• Basic shop math and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Assemble mechanical and/or electrical components according to specifications.
• Read and follow manufacturing instructions, assembly standards, and work instructions.
• Identify parts and ensure correct components are used during assembly.
• Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently.
• Maintain quality and productivity standards and report issues.
