Qualifications

• High School or Trade School diploma (or equivalent).
• Around 2 years of manufacturing or hands-on experience.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Assemble electrical control panels from engineering drawings, schematics, and layouts.
• Follow company processes and best practices to deliver high-quality builds.
• Interpret electrical schematics, panel layouts, and bills of materials.
• Complete panel layout work, including enclosure cut-outs and component mounting.
• Work with wiring, drilling, and tapping; label components and wiring.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and well-organised workspace.
• Deliver professional workmanship on every project.
