Job summary

TTM Technologies, Inc. in Denver, CO, is seeking a drill operator to set up and run multiple NC drilling machines for PCB panels on the 2nd shift.

You will verify travelers and CAM programs, select bits, align panels, and perform registration checks while maintaining high quality under time pressure.

No prior experience required; training provided. Compensation includes benefits and potential bonuses; shift premiums may apply.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• No experience required; training provided.
• Ability to operate drilling machinery and read travelers.
• Excellent mathematical and measurement skills.
• Ability to stand for 8 hours in a noisy environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform standard and complex machine set-ups including downloading of drill programs.
• Verify the travelers, prints and CAM programs.
• Selection and set-up of correct bits
• Alignment of panels to the machine.
• Perform registration analysis using x-ray machine
• Make corresponding scale corrections.
• Visually inspect panels for hole-size and missing holes utilizing drill check film.
• Preventative maintenance on machines
• Troubleshooting machines
• Prioritize work dependent on operational time and delivery schedules.
