Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Pre-employment drug screen required.
• Post-offer physical with a capable result.
• Eligible to work in the United States.
• Outdoor work in extreme temperatures, both hot and cold.
• Experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Precision grading: Maneuver the grader’s moldboard to achieve rough and fine grade finishes to exact project specs.
• Soil/Lime cement mixing experience.
• Site preparation: Remove topsoil and distribute earth using the grader and occasionally bulldozers or scrapers.
• Equipment maintenance: Conduct daily walk-arounds to check tire inflation, fluids, and cutting edges; perform routine greasing, cleaning, and light repairs.
• Safety compliance: Follow strict job-site protocols, communicate with ground crews, and use GPS tools for accuracy.
• This role operates in both office and active construction site environments; attend field meetings and ensure on-site safety and compliance.
