Job summary

Consolidated Precision Products (CPP) is seeking a Dimensional Inspector with prior experience to measure castings and verify dimensional accuracy against blueprints. The role supports our aerospace-grade titanium casting production at multiple Albany, OR facilities.

The candidate will perform precision measurements, inspect welds and alterations, and prepare parts for CNC finishing. A minimum of 1 year of related experience and basic math skills are required.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 1 year of experience.
• Must be able to read and understand blueprint specifications with on-the-job training.
• Must have basic high-school level math skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.
• Able to read, understand, and follow written and verbal instructions.

Responsibilities

• Measure parts and visually inspect castings for defects and mark in an appropriate manner.
• Inspect corrective welds, blends, and alterations to ensure part still meets dimensional requirements.
• Place castings in a fixture to set up for finishing CNC machine.
• Inspect and approve in-process and final dimensional specifications.
