Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 0–3 years in manufacturing or production experience.
• Comfortable using computers, tablets, and digital production systems.
• Ability to learn ERP, inventory, and production tracking software.
• Lean Manufacturing or 6S experience preferred.
• Experience reading work orders, specifications, and production documentation.
• Familiarity with quality inspections and measurement tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Operate die press equipment safely and efficiently.
• Inspect products for quality throughout production.
• Monitor production output and communicate progress to supervisors.
• Access and track production information through ERP.
• Support inventory accuracy via cycle counting and verification.
• Maintain organized and efficient work environment.
• Contribute ideas to improve quality, productivity, and workflow.
• Collaborate with teammates to meet production goals.
