Responsibilities

• Act as the first line of support for die issues identified by press operators.
• Review parts and stamped strips to trace and diagnose defects.
• Determine and implement procedures to correct tooling problems.
• Collaborate with Engineering to align die sections to print specifications.
• Polish and fit die parts to meet quality standards using inspection instruments.
• Set up new dies, adjust feed mechanisms, and manage die changes.
• Collaborate on new and complex dies for optimal performance.
