You will set up, operate, and maintain flatbed die-cutting equipment to produce high-quality card products according to specifications. Candidates should have strong mechanical aptitude and experience with steel rule dies, with duties including make-readies, maintenance, and cross-department

Our client, a niche, high-quality manufacturer specializing in premium card production is seeking an experienced Die Cutter Operator to join their Bindery team.

Position Overview

The Die Cutter Operator is responsible for setting up, maintaining, and operating flatbed die cutting equipment to produce high-quality product according to customer specifications. This role requires strong mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and experience with steel rule dies.

Key Equipment

• Bobst Novacut 106
• Bobst SP130E
• Steel rule die40” sheets (runs twenty-six 40” sheets)
• Pre-make ready table
• Standard bindery tools (rulers, calipers, micrometers, etc.)

Pressmen with die cutting knowledge may also be a fit.
