Job summary

Vishay Applied Thin Film Products in Fremont, CA. is seeking a manufacturing operator to support wafer processing from blueprint reading to final packaging.

You will read blueprints, test substrates, dice into circuits, perform heat treatment, inspect by microscope, clean, and enter production data into the Vantage system. Requirements include a high school diploma, proficiency in English, ability to read prints and procedures, strong teamwork, and safe handling of chemicals.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret blueprints and customer specifications.
• Test substrates and prepare for dicing; operate dicing processes.
• Heat treat and inspect substrates; adjust equipment per specifications.
• Dice substrates into circuits and document production data in Vantage system.
• Clean circuits after dicing and prepare for packaging.
• Handle circuit surfaces and packaging, with microscope inspections.
• Perform data entry into manufacturing software.
• Comply with safety regulations.
• Participate in team problem-solving; may perform other duties.
