Vishay Intertechnology, Inc. is seeking a Dice Manufacturing Operator in Hollis, NH. You will set up, run, and troubleshoot the manufacturing equipment to produce high-quality substrates. Strong attention to instructions, attention to detail, and teamwork are essential.

The role requires reading drawings and basic computer skills for ERP and quality databases. This is a full-time on-site position offering competitive pay and benefits, with equal opportunity employment.

Qualifications

High School diploma or equivalent required.
Some college coursework preferred.
Experience in production/manufacturing is preferred.
Able to read, comprehend, and interpret dimensional drawings.

Do you want to help us build the DNA of tech.? Vishay UltraSource is currently seeking applicants for a FFD Dice Manufacturing Operator in Hollis, NH.

Job Location:

Hollis, NH is a small suburb in Southern New Hampshire, an hour north of Boston, MA and conveniently located near other major cities and access points in the New England area. Vishay UltraSource has 27,000 sq. ft of manufacturing space and approximately 80 employees working between two shifts.

What You Will Be Doing

Responsible for the set-up, cleaning, operation, and troubleshooting of the machine.
Operate machine and equipment in a safe manner.
Accurately read and comprehend instructions and drawings.
Inspect substrates for proper quantity and quality prior to processing.
Perform visual microscope inspection
Identify out of spec product and place product on hold.
Properly load and unload substrates in the machine.
Make adjustments to machinery as necessary, within process windows, in order to make quality product.
Remain focused on producing the highest quality product to support overall company yield and on-time-delivery goals
Perform 100% visual inspection of all parts before moving on to the next operation.
Document production activities in the ERP system as well as various quality databases.
Maintain a clean and orderly work area.

What You Will Bring Along

High School diploma or equivalent required. Some college coursework preferred.
Previous experience working in a production/manufacturing environment is preferred.
Must be able to read, comprehend, and interpret dimensional drawings.
Computer proficiency including Word, Excel and Outlook.
Detail oriented, self-motivated with a strong sense of personal ownership and a team attitude.
Critical thinking ability along with ability to use known inputs/outputs to achieve desired results.
Must be a US Citizen or permanent resident in accordance with ITAR Policy.

Pay Range:

$20-22/hr
