Young Innovations is seeking a Manufacturing Sharpener to join the production team in Missoula, MT. You will operate grinders/sharpeners to shape steel tips, perform in-process checks, and ensure products meet design specs and quality standards.

The role requires basic education (high school diploma or GED) and 1–3 months of related experience or training. You will work in a manufacturing environment with safety gear provided and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.

Responsibilities

• Use grinders and sharpening machines to sharpen steel tips to exact design specifications for all applicable dental hand instruments.
• Perform in-process inspections to verify products meet established criteria.
• Use measuring tools to confirm accuracy per specifications.
• Record product production and order details on required forms, batch records, and logs.
• Follow SOPs and GMPs and maintain a clean, safe work area.
