Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; 1–3 months related experience or training is a plus.
• This role involves repetitive, detail-oriented tasks requiring accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Sharpen steel tips to exact design specifications using grinders and sharpening machines.
• Perform in-process inspections to verify products meet criteria.
• Use measuring tools to confirm accuracy per specs and record production details.
• Follow SOPs and GMPs; maintain a clean, organized work area.
