Aerotek in Madison, AL seeks a skilled Solderer for Class 3 electronics assembly in defense applications. You will solder fine-pitch and through-hole components under a microscope, following IPC-610 and J-STD standards to meet stringent quality requirements.

This contract-to-hire role offers a 9/80 schedule with every other Friday off, onsite in a clean electronics facility, and comprehensive benefits once hired. Prior IPC-610 experience and US citizenship are preferred.

Qualifikationen

• Experience performing Class 3 soldering to a quality standard.
• Ability to read blueprints and customer schematics.
• Familiarity with IPC-610 and J-STD standards.
• Experience soldering fine-pitch and thru-hole components under a microscope.

• Perform Class 3 soldering on small components and PCBs for defense products.
• Solder fine-pitch and thru-hole parts under a microscope.
• Follow blueprints, schematics, and instructions to exact specs.
• Ensure work passes visual inspections and quality checks.
• Comply with IPC-610 and J-STD standards in all work.
