ARCH-Minneapolis is seeking a motivated Deburring Technician to join our team on the day shift. This role offers opportunities to learn and grow within a precision manufacturing environment.

You will deburr, polish, grind and assemble small metal components, maintaining a clean work area and adhering to detailed procedures. ITAR requirements apply; strong attention to detail and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• ITAR requires US person status.

Responsibilities

• Uses brushes, fixtures, tools and test equipment to debur, assemble, grind, buff and polish small precision machined components.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area for manufacturing.
• Perform finishing tasks including bead blasting and tumbling.
• Follow cleaning instructions and procedures, including cleaning interior surfaces of holes.
• Apply abrasive compounds and dressings to facilitate cleaning or polishing.
• Maintain equipment by performing preventative maintenance and reporting needs.
• Report process or equipment problems to lead/manager.
• Change tools on powered equipment as needed.
