International Executive Service Corps is seeking a detail-oriented data entry professional in Lenexa, KS. You will input demographic and sample setup data from requisitions into the CRL computer system, perform imaging tasks, and maintain strict confidentiality of client information.

The role includes daily QA audits, document posting, and timely scanning with accuracy. Overtime and weekend work may be required; HS diploma or equivalent is required and prior data entry experience is helpful.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or equivalent required
• Previous data entry experience helpful
• Keystroke speed of 9,000 ksph and 95% accuracy

Responsabilités

• Enter/double demographic information from requisitions into the computer system
• Enter sample setup information into the system
• Meet minimum data entry consents per hour as per incentive program
• Collate and distribute reports as required
• Operate imaging equipment and complete document posting
• File consents for storage
• Perform daily quality assurance audits and reconciliations
• Rescan and index corrected images as needed
• Scan documents within required timelines and verify accuracy
• Store documents securely and prepare for shredding
• Perform light maintenance on scanners and small office equipment
• Communicate problems to management
• Maintain confidentiality of all client information
• Comply with safety and health regulations
• Keep work area neat and clean
• Overtime and weekend work as needed
• Employer may modify position as business needs require
