• Efficiently process, organize, and prepare documents for data entry, including scanning, uploading, and digitizing files.
• Perform accurate alpha-numeric data entry with attention to detail.
• Receive, review, and organize application materials and relevant documentation to ensure completeness and accuracy.
• Sort, file, and distribute both physical and electronic documents in accordance with company and client standards.
• Verify incoming documentation for accuracy, completeness, and compliance.
• Upload and download information seamlessly into company digital systems.
• Assist with remittance processing and transaction review tasks.
• Maintain high productivity and uphold quality standards throughout the shift.
