Job summary

Tarkett Sports in Adairsville, GA is seeking a Cut Order Fulfillment Operator to accurately cut, stage, and prepare FieldTurf products according to customer orders and specs. You will work on 1st shift in our hybrid distribution center, performing measurements, operating cutting equipment, and ensuring safety, quality, and on-time shipping.

This role emphasizes detail, teamwork, and adherence to 5S/lean practices, with opportunities for growth and training.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in manufacturing, order fulfillment, or warehouse operations preferred.
• Ability to read measurements, blueprints, or cut specifications accurately.
• Basic math skills and attention to detail.
• Experience using hand tools, cutting equipment, or industrial machinery a plus.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.

Responsibilities

• Review work orders, cut sheets, and production schedules to understand order requirements.
• Accurately measure, cut, and trim turf, padding, or related materials to specified dimensions.
• Operate cutting equipment, tools, and machinery safely and efficiently.
• Inspect materials for quality, defects, and compliance with FieldTurf standards.
• Label, bundle, and stage completed orders for packing and shipment.
• Maintain accurate records of completed cuts, material usage, and order status.
