Job summary

Tarkett Sports is seeking a Synthetic Turf Field Installer to perform hands-on turf installation, precise cutting, and inlaid field markings, with regular overnight travel to job sites. You will work under a Site Superintendent/Foreman and contribute to high-quality field surfaces.

The role emphasizes safety, teamwork, and attention to detail, with a hybrid work option and a benefits package. A high school diploma or GED is required, and a DOT medical certificate may be needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Previous experience in construction or field installation preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist in field setup upon arrival at the job site.
• Accurately handle and position aluminum stencils for inlaid field markings.
• Operate straight edges and tools used in turf alignment and installation.
• Cut turf materials precisely using scissors and razor knives.
• Install field markings and logos by embedding them into hot glue.
• Inspect turf seams to ensure high-quality bonding and alignment.
• Maintain a clean and organized job site throughout the project.
• Support the final job site walk-through to ensure installation quality.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by the supervisor or project manager.
