Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; mechanical/manufacturing certification preferred.
• Minimum 3–5 years of belt fabrication experience.
• Ability to read blueprints and specifications.

Responsibilities

• Fabricate and assemble conveyor belts according to blueprints and specifications.
• Operate belt fabrication equipment such as presses and cutters.
• Cut, splice, and join belt materials with welding, stitching, or adhesives.
• Inspect belts and perform routine quality checks.
• Perform regular maintenance on fabrication machinery.
• Adhere to safety protocols and wear PPE.
• Collaborate with team to meet production goals and document results.
