Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; certification in mechanical or manufacturing preferred.
• 3–5 years of belt fabrication or similar experience.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and specifications.
• Proficient welding, splicing, and belt assembly skills.

Responsibilities

• Fabricate and assemble conveyor belts according to drawings and specifications.
• Operate belt fabrication machinery including presses and cutters.
• Cut, splice, and join belt materials using welding, stitching, or adhesives.
• Inspect belts, test for quality, and document results.
• Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs on fabrication equipment.
• Adhere to safety protocols and wear PPE; cooperate with the team.
• Collaborate with supervisors and other fabricators to meet production goals.
• Custom fabrication and modification of belts per client needs.
