Job summary

Inteplast Group is seeking a Converting Operator C to efficiently and accurately run converting lines to produce converted products according to specifications, while maintaining quality standards throughout the process. This role requires a high school diploma, US work eligibility, strong communication, math and mechanical aptitude, and reliability.

Prior manufacturing experience is preferred and you must follow all safety regulations and plant procedures.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Legal eligibility to work in the US is required.
• Basic math and reading/writing English are essential.
• Mechanical aptitude for production equipment is needed.
• Ability to maintain attendance and work non-standard hours as needed.
• Ability to manage job-related stress and work with others.

Responsibilities

• Complies with, monitors, and enforces all written and verbal safety regulations and programs of the plant and department.
• Understand and adhere to plant policies and procedures, encompassing good manufacturing policy, hazard analysis, and critical control points processes.
• Startup, shutdown and make machine adjustments
• Inspect final product using quality checks, ensuring proper documentation and timely communication of any issues.
• Demonstrate the capability to maintain pace with the production process and achieve daily production targets while also ensuring cleanliness in the designated area.
• Other duties as assigned
