Qualifications

• Experience in a manufacturing or extrusion setting.
• Attendance reliability and flexibility for shift work.
• Capable of handling stress and teamwork.
• Packer or operator background preferred.
• Willing to work outside regular hours.
• Basic packaging knowledge and safety awareness.

Responsibilities

• Assist extrusion operator and startup processes.
• Make blade and core alignment adjustments.
• Perform packaging of finished goods per procedure.
• Handle scrap boxing, weighing, and accounting.
• Maintain clean, safe work area and follow QA guidelines.
• Train packer C and support continuous improvement.
