AquaPhoenix Scientific LLC in Fort Worth, TX is seeking an experienced Control Panel Production Fabricator. This hourly, full-time role involves fabricating panel assemblies from drawings and wiring schematics for water treatment equipment.

You will read blueprints, assemble and wire panels, configure networking, mount components, and perform quality checks to ensure safety and performance before shipment. Overtime may be required.

Qualifications

• Must have 3–5 years in electrical/mechanical fabrication.
• Ability to read blueprints, schematics, P&IDs and wiring diagrams.
• Experience wiring/assembling electrical panels and enclosures.

Responsabilités

• Read and interpret blueprints, electrical schematics, P&IDs and wiring diagrams.
• Assemble and wire electrical panels and enclosures using hand and power tools.
• Configure industrial networking devices, modems, Ethernet switches, and remote communications.
• Mount and connect components such as relays, circuit breakers, terminals, and PLCs.
• Perform mechanical work including cutting, drilling, and tapping.
• Conduct quality checks to ensure panels meet safety and performance standards before shipment.
• Collaborate with engineering and production teams to resolve build issues.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area in accordance with safety standards.
• Able to work overtime as required to meet customer requirements and business needs.
• Physically able to stand, sit, bend, twist for extended periods, and lift up to 50 lbs.
