Job summary

AquaPhoenix Scientific, located in Fort Worth, TX, has an immediate opening for an experienced Control Panel Production Fabricator. This hourly, full-time position requires the ability to fabricate routine to complex panel assemblies from drawings and wiring schematics.

Panels include PLCs, HMIs, controllers, sensors, and pumps. You will read blueprints and follow work orders, assemble and wire panels, configure networking devices, mount components, and perform quality checks before shipment.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent with 3–5 years in related industry.
• Experience reading blueprints, electrical schematics, and P&IDs.
• Mechanical and electrical fabrication skills with attention to safety and quality.
• Familiarity with ISO9001, Lean, and Kanban is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret blueprints, electrical schematics, and wiring diagrams.
• Assemble and wire electrical panels and enclosures.
• Configure industrial networking devices and remote comms.
• Mount components such as relays, breakers, terminals, PLCs.
• Perform mechanical work: cutting, drilling, tapping.
• Conduct quality checks before shipment.
• Collaborate with engineering and production teams.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area.
• Work overtime as required.
• Lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods.
