Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent education and experience.
• 1 year of related experience in a financial institution.
• Knowledge of title work and lien filings.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently, or as part of a team.
• Adapts to quick changes in pace or workload.

Responsibilities

• Audits loan files for accuracy and completeness.
• Prepares loan documents for closing and e-sign documents.
• Ensures identity authentication for e-sign documents.
• Processes and disburses consumer loans and balance transfers; archives documents.
• Opens membership accounts per Credit Union policies.
• Resolves consumer loan related issues.
• Communicates with members, associates, and dealerships.
• Ensures compliance with industry regulations and policies.
