Job summary

E-Z Bel Construction, LLC is seeking skilled form setters to build precise concrete forms and deliver high-quality finishes on site in Texas. Candidates must read elevations and layouts and be comfortable with wood, steel, and SIM forms for various structures.

Expect duties from setting forms to finishing surfaces, coordinating deliveries, and upholding PPE and safety protocols on active construction sites. Wet conditions and outdoor work are common.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in concrete form setting and finishing.
• Able to read plans, layouts, and elevation marks.
• Knowledge of ADA, TxDOT, and standard concrete specs preferred.

Responsibilities

• Interpret elevations, layouts, and formwork drawings from the Foreman/Survey team.
• Set, align, and brace wood, steel, and SIM forms for flatwork, curbs, gutters, ramps, and structural elements.
• Coordinate concrete deliveries—staging, chute positioning, and pour sequencing.
• Finish surfaces using edgers, hand floats, jointers, brooms, and finishing equipment.
• Operate walk-behind screeds, vibrators, and finishing machines safely.
