Job summary

E-Z Bel Construction, LLC is seeking skilled concrete finishers to read plans, set and brace forms, and place reinforcement for flatwork and structural elements. You will align hardware, verify grade with levels, and coordinate concrete pours. Proficiency with finishing tools and attention to ADA requirements are essential for quality finishes.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in concrete form setting and finishing.
• Capable of reading plans, elevations, and formwork drawings.
• Comfortable with hand tools, power tools, and finishing gear.
• Knowledge of ADA, TxDOT, and standard concrete specs preferred.

Responsibilities

• Interpret elevations, layouts, and formwork drawings for flatwork and structural elements.
• Set, align, and brace forms; install hardware and bracing systems.
• Verify line, grade, and slope with levels and grade pins; cut and prep lumber.
• Place, tie, and cut rebar and wire mesh; ensure proper spacing.
• Coordinate deliveries, staging, and pour sequencing; screed to elevation.
• Finish surfaces with edgers, trowels, and other finishing equipment.
• Maintain clean work zones; assist with traffic control as needed.
