Qualifications

• Previous concrete finishing or construction experience preferred.
• Ability to read measurements and follow written and verbal instructions.
• Ability to work outdoors and in manufacturing environments.
• Ability to perform physically demanding work including standing, bending, lifting.
• Reliable transportation and dependable attendance.
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a crew.

Responsibilities

• Place, spread, screed, and finish concrete according to project specifications.
• Operate hand tools and power finishing equipment, including trowels, floats, screeds, and vibrators.
• Finish concrete surfaces to required texture, appearance, elevation, and tolerances.
• Monitor concrete during placement and finishing for quality.
• Assist with setting, stripping, and maintaining concrete forms.
• Read and follow construction drawings, specifications, measurements, and instructions.
• Inspect finished work for quality and identify defects.
• Follow all safety policies and PPE procedures.
