Job summary

Oldcastle Infrastructure is seeking candidates to perform a range of duties to detail and finish concrete products in the final stages of production. You will set up, form and pour a variety of concrete products and maintain safety on the shop floor.

Requirements include at least 1 year of finishing experience, ability to read blueprints and tape measures, and strong team communication. Competitive benefits and on-site work in California offer growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in finishing concrete and related experience preferred
• Knowledge of basic hand tools and their uses
• Team oriented, team player, able to communicate effectively with team members
• Understand and apply basic mathematical skills (adding, subtracting, division, & multiplication)
• Knowledge of basic measurements and how to read a tape measure
• Ability to read blueprints and follow direction
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
• Good attendance and positive attitude a must

Responsibilities

• Set up, form and pour a wide variety of concrete products
• Shovel, vibrate and finish concrete and concrete products
• Edge, float, broom, hard finish and form concrete
• Strip and clean concrete forms and products
• Maintain good housekeeping while following safety regulations on the shop floor
