Job summary

SpeedyConcreteCutting,Inc. in Fort Myers, FL is seeking an Operator to perform precise concrete cutting, coring, demolition, and removal on commercial, industrial, and residential sites.

You will operate cutting and drilling equipment, interpret specs, set up work areas, and ensure safety, quality and productivity on fast-paced jobs. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of operator experience, strong mechanical skills, and a safety-first attitude.

Qualifications

• At least 5+ years of experience as an operator.
• Strong mechanical abilities.
• Able to lift 45 lbs or more.
• Commitment to safety, accuracy, and productivity.
• Strong teamwork and communication.
• Willing to train in measurements and calculations.

Responsibilities

• Operate concrete cutting equipment such as walk-behind saws, hand saws, wallsaws, core drills, and wire saws.
• Cut, saw, drill and remove concrete, asphalt, masonry per project specs.
• Read and interpret job plans, measurements, layouts.
• Set up work areas with ventilation, water supply, and dust control.
• Inspect and maintain tools, vehicles, and equipment.
• Follow safety procedures (PPE, Silica Safety, OSHA).
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and site personnel.
• Perform general labor duties as needed.
