Job summary

CSAT Solutions LP is seeking a Computer Test Operator to join our team. The role involves testing units, running software on repaired machines, and ensuring quality standards are met through ISO 9001 processes.

You will work in a fast-paced environment, perform basic software configuration, and coordinate with technicians for repairs as needed. Intermediate English and attention to documented procedures are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1 year of experience with test and software installation and configuration.
• Basic knowledge of computer software.
• Basic familiarity with computer use.
• Familiarity with continuous improvement methods preferred.
• Able to work in a fast-paced team with close supervision.
• Intermediate English abilities required.
• Ability to follow documented procedures, standards and policies.

Responsibilities

• Operates machines to test functioning of parts or whole units.
• Runs software programs on repaired machines to test unit functionality.
• Tests repaired systems to ensure they are working.
• Completes VMI of units before testing.
• Returns units to technician for repair if unit fails VMI/test.
• Ensures ISO 9001 or other quality system requirements.
• May forward units to quality group for QA inspection if passing.
• May test components or circuits to locate defects using diagnostic software.
• May install and configure repaired equipment, including software.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
