PLZ Corp in Riverside, CA is seeking a Compounder/Preweigher for 1st shift (3:00am–1:30pm, Mon–Thu). The role involves preweighing, batch card review, and strict adherence to GMP and safety rules in a manufacturing setting.

The candidate should have a HS diploma or GED and 1–2 years of equipment experience, with the ability to lift up to 25 lbs and perform basic math. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential for accurate documentation and inventory control.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED required.
• 1–2 years’ experience with manufacturing equipment.
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Basic weights, measurements and math skills.

Responsibilities

• Review batch cards and verify raw material status before preweigh.
• Prepare required paperwork and weight sheets for each batch.
• Record inventory movements for raw materials.
• Clean and sanitize department equipment and components.
• Maintain clean, safe production lines and workspace.
• Verify accuracy of weight scales and adhere to GMP/safety rules.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
