Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Mix batches per instructions and procedures.
• Demonstrate leadership and self-motivation for tasks.
• Cooperate with management, co-workers, and vendors.
• Participate in team meetings as necessary.
• Perform ingredient weigh-up and scale-up for batching.
• Maintain logs and required production records.
• Load ingredients into mixing tanks.
• Check proper filling, seals, and packaging integrity.
• Perform sanitation of equipment and areas.
• Comply with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
• Proficient with Microsoft Office programs.
• Maintain safety standards and OSHA compliance.
