Job summary

Fresenius Kabi USA is seeking an experienced production operator to accurately formulate production lots and operate mixing equipment in a cleanroom environment. You will weigh and mix chemicals according to exact formulas and document batches following SOPs and GDP standards.

Employees will calibrate and monitor equipment, adjust pH and oxygen levels as needed, and ensure compliance with safety guidelines in a regulated facility.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in manufacturing environments preferred.
• Ability to accurately weigh and measure chemicals in powder and liquid form.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for accurate formulation of all production lots.
• Sets up, loads, operates and monitors mixing equipment for product formulations.
• Weighs and mixes exact amounts of chemicals according to formulas with verification of product output.
• Calibrates, operates and monitors formulation-related equipment (scales, meters, etc.).
• Adjusts pH and oxygen levels as required for in-process testing and release to production.
