• Ability to work with hazardous materials and antineoplastic products.
• Experience with weighing, mixing and calibrating production equipment.
• Strong documentation and record-keeping skills.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for accurate formulation of production lots.
• Set up, load, operate and monitor mixing equipment for formulations.
• Weigh out and mix precise chemical amounts per batch records.
• Calibrate, operate and monitor formulation equipment (scales, meters).
• Adjust pH and oxygen levels for in-process testing and release to production lines.
• Sanitize tanks/equipment and document production volumes.
• Support compounding department to meet production schedules.
