Core Natural Resources, Inc. seeks a Composite Tool Technician to perform trimming, finishing, and lamination of composite parts in a Fort Worth, TX facility. You will follow drawings and work instructions, operate a range of production tools, and collaborate with engineers to develop fabrication processes.

Attention to detail and safety are essential. The role requires 3-5 years in composite manufacturing or repair, and a high school diploma or GED.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED.
• 3-5 years of composite manufacturing or repair experience preferred.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment.

Responsabilités

• Trim, grind, sand, and polish composite materials per drawings and specs.
• Wet laminating with fiber and resin systems.
• Mold prep: sealing, releasing, priming, waxing, PVA, and freecoats.
• Execute vacuum bagging to high standards.
• Use production tools: hand, power, pneumatic.
• Use measuring equipment: calipers, micrometer, height gauge.
• Follow engineering drawings and work with engineers on processes.
• Adhere to documentation, travelers, and quality procedures.
• Maintain clean, safe work area and wear protective gear.
• Sit or stand for extended periods; lift up to 50 lbs.
• Comply with safety and PPE requirements.
