Job summary

Executive Alliance is seeking a Composite Assembler to support precision manufacturing of composite materials in the Autoclave Area. The role includes vacuum bagging, curing, mold prep, assembly of cores, and maintaining a clean, safe work environment.

You will read English work instructions, use measuring tools, and document materials for traceability. A GED or high school diploma is required, with ability to lift rolls of material and operate a scanner for attendance.

Responsibilities

• Perform vacuum bagging and related processes for fabrication and curing of composite parts.
• Clean and smooth molds, cores, and core boxes; repair surface imperfections.
• Assemble cores into lower sections of molds according to work instructions.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area.
• De-mold cured parts and ensure traceability of materials.
• Meet production goals and deadlines; use scanner for time/attendance.
