Qualifikationen

• Strong electrical estimating skills and experience with blueprint reading, takeoffs, and cost analysis for commercial construction.
• Experience with estimating or construction management software (e.g., electrical takeoff tools, EBM, MS Excel, project management platforms).
• Solid understanding of commercial electrical systems, NEC and local codes, and typical installation methods and materials.
• Proficiency in analytical and mathematical skills with attention to pricing and bid preparation.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with project managers, field teams, suppliers, and clients.
