Job summary

KloverContracting, Inc. is seeking a Commercial Door, Frame & Hardware Technician to install, repair, and maintain door hardware in commercial buildings across the Quakertown area. You will read blueprints, measure, cut, and install hardware while ensuring alignment and security.

Must have a High School Diploma or GED with 7+ years of field carpentry and door hardware experience; strong safety practices and customer service are essential. The role requires on-site work across the Tri-State area.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; trade curriculum preferred.
• 7+ years' experience in installing, repairing, and maintaining commercial door hardware.
• Ability to read blueprints and specifications to determine installation procedures.
• Knowledge of PPE and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Install, repair, and maintain commercial door hardware systems.
• Read blueprints and diagrams to determine installation procedures.
• Measure and cut materials to fit door dimensions.
• Ensure proper alignment and operation of doors and hardware.
• Provide excellent customer service and communicate with clients.
