KLOVER is seeking a Commercial Door, Frame & Hardware Technician to install, repair, and maintain door hardware across the Tri-State Area (PA). You will read blueprints, measure, cut, and fit components, ensuring precise alignment and secure operation of doors in commercial buildings.

Applicants should have a high school diploma or GED and 7+ years in commercial door hardware; strong safety practices and customer service are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 7+ years of experience installing, repairing, and maintaining commercial door hardware.
• Experience with commercial door hardware systems and associated PPE safety.
• Knowledge of reading blueprints, diagrams and specifications.

Responsibilities

• Install, repair, and maintain commercial door hardware systems (locks, hinges, handles, closers).
• Read blueprints and specifications to determine installation procedures.
• Measure, cut, and fit materials for doors and hardware.
• Ensure proper alignment, operation, and security of doors.
• Test hardware and doors for proper function and safety.
• Collaborate with other trades on construction projects.
• Follow safety protocols on-site.
