Job summary

Management Connections in Northern California seeks a detail-oriented Machine Operator to join our production team. You will handle the setup, operation, and basic maintenance of finishing equipment used to apply colors and coatings to our products.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma, 5+ years in manufacturing, and QA experience; wine industry experience is preferred. Proficiency reading specs and data entry into ERP is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 5 years in manufacturing environment.
• 2+ years QA experience; wine industry preferred.
• Ability to read specs, drawings, and rulers.
• Basic computer skills to enter data into ERP.
• Good math for basic calculations.

Responsibilities

• Machine setups, changeovers, and startup per procedures.
• Monitor product quality, color, coating, and finish.
• Troubleshoot minor issues; escalate major concerns.
• Stage materials and monitor inks and solvents usage.
• Promote safe practices and proper handling of waste.
• Enter production data and quality metrics into ERP systems.
