Job summary

Engineered Floors LLC is seeking a Coating Console Operator to take full control of the oven and related coating equipment. You will start/stop motors, adjust speeds, and coordinate with the coater team to ensure proper latex application and product quality.

The role requires reading and writing, basic arithmetic, and data entry skills, with overtime as needed. On-site position in Calhoun, GA with safety and quality as top priorities.

Qualifications

• Ability to read, write, and perform basic arithmetic.
• Must be able to operate and monitor coating equipment safely.
• Computer knowledge or data entry skills are part of the job.

Responsibilities

• Control speeds and synchronize applicator components for proper tension.
• Monitor latex levels and adjust amounts for quality applications.
• Make adjustments to rolls and doctor bars for latex application.
• Maintain cleanliness and assist in equipment maintenance.
• Coordinate with coater supervisor on operation and performance.
• Record cup weights and report irregularities.
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality requirements.
